OUR CERTIFICATIONS
ISO 9001 CERTIFICATION
The ISO 9001 Certification has been a useful tool for Santa Ana to standardize and organize our processes. We obtained the first certification in 2008, and to date our operations are based on ongoing improvement.
FSSC 22000 CERTIFICATION
The FSSC 22000 Certification supports the quality of the production processes, thus guaranteeing the safety of the sugar by means of inspections. Certification was obtained in 2013.

QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY
Here at Grupo Corporativo Santa Ana, we are dedicated to the production of sugar, molasses and electricity. We are committed to review the context of the organization in order to achieve our goals, namely the quality and safety of sugar. To that end, we ensure ongoing improvement, increasing staff skills, effective communication with employees and the various parts of the food chain, compliance with the law, regulations and requirements agreed upon with clients and other interested parties.

Este valor forma parte integral del desempeño de todos los trabajadores, así como de todas las actividades que se desarrollan en la empresa. Todos estamos comprometidos con la prevención, reducción, control y mitigación de nuestros impactos ambientales.
We are aware of responsibility for the environment. Thus, we include within our commitments compliance with applicable environmental laws and regulations in force in our country. We also promote the development of our employees’ skills and awareness with respect to environmental issues.
